Privacy Policy

Six Pack Project is a personal fitness-tracking platform. We collect the minimum amount of data needed to run the service and we do not sell data to third parties. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Account data — email address, display name, and a hashed password (managed by Supabase Auth).

Profile data you enter — age, sex, height, weight, training level, goals, and similar fields used to calculate calorie and macro targets.

Training and nutrition logs you enter — workouts, meal completions, macros, body measurements, and weekly check-ins.

AI coach conversations — messages you exchange with the in-app coach are stored so we can show you history and give the coach context on prior conversations.

Basic web analytics — anonymous page-view counts and request performance, via Vercel Web Analytics. No tracking cookies are set.

To run the service — authenticate you, show your own data back to you, and let you log workouts and meals.

To power the AI coach — your profile, recent workouts, and nutrition logs are included in the coach's context so its answers are grounded in your actual training.

To improve the product — aggregate counts (total athletes signed up, total workouts logged, etc.) are shown on the public landing page in a way that never identifies individual users.

Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level-security so other users cannot read it. The single exception is the community feed described below, which is off unless you switch it on and only ever contains what you deliberately posted.

AI providers — when you use the AI coach or view AI-generated meal plans, the relevant context is sent to an inference provider (Anthropic, DeepSeek, or OpenRouter) to generate the response. Providers are bound by their own data-use terms; we do not send data to them for model training.

Vercel — hosts the web app and collects basic anonymous analytics.

That is it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

The community feed is the one place where something of yours can be seen by another member, and it is off unless you turn it on. You join it from Settings; new accounts are not in it.

Joining shares nothing by itself. Each post is a separate, deliberate action, and a post contains only what you chose to publish: for a workout, its name, score and date; for a meal, the meal's name; plus any note you type and your display name.

What is never shared, whether or not you join: your weight, body measurements, fitness assessment results, calorie and macro targets, daily nutrition logs, weekly check-ins, your email address, the private notes on your logs, and everything you say to the AI coach. Those are not stored anywhere the community can read, and the AI coach has no access to the feed either — it cannot read other members' posts on your behalf.

If you leave the community, your name and everything you posted stop being visible to other members immediately, and become visible again only if you rejoin. Leaving hides rather than deletes; Settings has a separate control that permanently deletes your posts, and deleting your account removes them along with your comments on other members' posts.

Export — Settings has an "Export My Data" button that downloads everything we store about you as a single JSON file, immediately and without asking us.

Delete — you can delete your account at any time from Settings; this removes your profile, logs, and AI coach history. Some anonymized aggregate counts (e.g. total workouts logged) may remain.

Correction — any profile or log entry can be edited or deleted directly in the app.

We use only essential cookies — the session cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Six Pack Project is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
