Terms of Service

Six Pack Project ("the service", "we", "us") is a personal fitness-tracking web application. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The content, programming, nutrition plans, and AI coach messages provided by Six Pack Project are for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing in this service is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program — especially if you have any pre-existing condition, are pregnant, are under 18, or are taking medication.

You use the training programs, meal plans, and coach recommendations entirely at your own risk. If anything hurts, stop. If something feels wrong, see a doctor.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Provide accurate information (age, weight, height, etc.). We use these inputs to calculate calorie and macro targets; wildly inaccurate inputs will produce wildly inaccurate targets.

One person per account. Do not share your account.

Do not abuse the AI coach (e.g. automated scripts, prompt injection against other users, attempts to extract system prompts or other user data).

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, its infrastructure, or other users.

Do not upload or post content that is illegal, harassing, or violates someone else's rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The AI coach is powered by third-party large language models. It can be wrong, out of date, or produce text that looks authoritative but is not. Treat its output as a starting point, not a prescription. Cross-check anything that matters.

We cap AI usage per user to keep the service sustainable. If you hit a cap you will see a clear message in the app.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect only what we need, we don't sell it, and you can delete your account at any time.

The service is currently free while in early development. If we introduce paid plans, current users will be given clear notice and the option to opt in.

We aim to keep the service available 24/7 but we do not promise it. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Vercel, AI providers), and bugs happen. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific goals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Six Pack Project and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including injury, lost gains, or lost data.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify users in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
